Atlantic has national contracts with these manufacturers that offer our members the most favorable pricing and purchasing terms and your vaccine orders are made directly with Sanofi Pasteur and Merck.

Once you have reviewed our program information, fax the Affiliation Agreement and Practice Information Form to us at 860-606-9970.

We then link your manufacturer account numbers to our program.  We will fax back to you the executed Affiliation Agreement with the effective dates.  It typically takes 1 - 2 days to get you linked with our program. 

Orders are then placed directly with Sanofi and Merck for their respective products, and you will automatically receive the Atlantic prices and terms.
